Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Health and personal care items once opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at support@drovela.shop.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us with photos at support@drovela.shop.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
